About the project

Turbulent Showdown is a PvP fighting game made for a 48-hour long Game Jam called BYOG (Build Your Own Game) by a team of 5 people. The game was selected as a finalist for the Nasscom Game Developer Conference 2015 and went on to win the 1st prize in the Game Jam category.

Brief Overview

Turbulent Showdown is a fighting game played using 2 XBox Controllers where two players take control of a green and blue circle and try to defeat his/her opponent either by going close and attacking or by pushing the opponent into environmental hazards.

The environmental hazards include Red areas in the arena which cause damage to any player on touch or randomly generated objects such as a timed bomb which causes damage to any player within range and a timed vortex, which pulls in any player within range.

During each match, the gravity randomly changes based on a timer into one of the three modes : Normal, Inverted and Zero bringing a bit of unpredictability.

About the project

'Project : Super Fish' is an adventure game made by a team of 6 people (2 game designers, 1 game writer, 1 programmer and 2 artists) as a yearly project project in the 2nd year of Video Game Design course. The game showcases about a quarter of all the planned mechanics, levels and storyline originally planned.

 

Brief Overview

Max is a small fish living under the ocean whose life is turned upside down when a nuclear company named Genetech accidentally drops nuclear waste into the ocean. All of marine life is affected by the incident. As soon as Genetech finds out about this, they start capturing the marine animals for further experimentation. Max is caught in the process and after heavy experimentation, Max gets enhanced abilities such as transformation between species and understanding of the human language.  Using these abilities, Max must escape from the hands of the company in order to survive. Will Max be able to survive the ordeal?

Brief Overview

Hamster Harry has been developing a Gravity Gun which can fire projectiles which pull everyting in range towards itself. Now, with the new Gravity Gun prorotype, Hamster Harry has decided to take his revenge on the humans and their pets for making his life way more difficult than it needed to be.

Use the gravity gun to solve puzzles and move across comic levels. Click to shoot a gravity projectile and click again anaywhere in the air to activate it.
